Nagios service hierarchies?

hi

I've got this process serving quite a few media push/pull services, so I've 
integrated this to nagilos. The server running this, is a Windows server, so 
I've set up nsclient to check if controlpanel.exe is running etc. Is it 
possible to set up nagios to disable checks for controlpanel.exe's services 
if this process isn't running?
