The error messages are the following ones:

denied: Could not open password file:
/usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users

- [Thu Mar 27 15:02:59 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] user nagiosadmin
not found: /nagios/


The relevant sections of my .htaccess file
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Acesso ao Nagios 2003"
AuthUserFile /usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users
require valid-user

Can someone help me because i'm new in this world
