Users

Hi.
I've got a dopubt about the users nagios uses, those users, are system users
like root, or fo I have to declare them in a nagios .cfg file? cause I'm
habing problems with the notification method, I want to receive an e-mail
when a host is down, but I think the problem is related to those users.
