Monitoring Cisco Routers

My Nagios machine doesn't has access to internet.
Can I install "Net::SNMP" of another way ?

Yes - missing a perl module...

The correct one is Net::SNMP not SNMP

perl -MCPAN -e'install Net::SNMP'

There are some pre-req, but the install process should walk you through
those..
