Separate warning and critical notification

I've searched through the faq (which took me 0.0 seconds today, but I
don't remember anything similar to this in the past) and searched
through the mail archives and on google, but not found anything similar
to what I'm looking for.
I would like to send our warning notifications by e-mail and critical
notifications by e-mail and pager.  My only thought on this so far is to
create separate contacts, one with the e-mail address and one with the
pager of an individual and then limit each of their notification_options
with the w,r or c,r.

Anyone have a suggestion on this?
