absolute time check for service

Greetings,
 
I need to check a service which is a web based service via a URL for the purpose of initiating a process and checking the return code. But I need to initiate one check a day at 2am in the morning and only one check.
 
I have looked at the documentation but can't figure out how to do this?
 
Any ideas?
