Walking a Site

Does anyone know if there is a way to have Nagios walk a web site? We were
able to configure it to check page content, but it would be beneficial if
Nagios were able to walk a site to test content so that we can avoid a
possible gateway error from the client side. Any feedback would be
beneficial.
