check_dhcp could not bind socket error

I have installed the check_dhcp plugin as well as adding it to the
checkcommands.cfg file.

Now when I try to view the status of the DHCP service I get this error. I
made sure that the check_dhcp file was owned by nagios user and nagios group
so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Error: Could not bind socket to interface eth0. Check your privileges...
