Nagios-1.1 Layout tac.cgi

	I had just recently upgraded our system at work from NetSaint
0.0.7 to Nagios 1.1 and noticed this as well... I've been looking
through the HTML produced and haven't found a cause for this... I
thought it might have been an error in my compile but if you're having
it as well maybe there is a problem somewhere...
