Host detail showing all hosts up

Hi,

I have about 200 hosts on a local network.
Service detail shows things correctly, but host detail shows hosts up 
while most of them are down.
I have set up only ping service for each host.
I suppose the solution is simple, but I'm not able to pinpoint the problem.
