Can't Acknowledge for Passive Checks

For passive services in a Critical status I cannot acknowledge in the Web
CGI.  The acknowledge button isn't even there?  The funny thing is I can
acknowledge the CRIT's from my phone with the WAP cgi???  The acknowledge
works for hosts the central server check directly (non-passive).

Same user for both WAP and WEB - all privileges.
