Missing cgi's

Hi,

Just completed a normal install of Nagios 1.0 following the instructions but
noticed that I seem to be missing several cgi files, specifically
statusmap.cgi, trends.cgi, and histogram.cgi. Did I miss something from the
download section? Is there somewhere else I can get these files? Thanks in
advance.
