Contacts

Hi,

I installed nagios yesterday and I've been wondering about the contacts
configuration. 

Briefly, is there a way we can add contacts OR contact groups and
assign them a value which would be increased each n times a notification
is sent and when reached, would send the notification to contact and/or
contact group matching that value ?
