Getting a quick text summary from Nagios?

Hi folks,

I'm looking for an easy way to pull a quick summary from Nagios.
I want to be able to SMS our server and get it to spit back
a quick overview - i.e. there's nothing wrong, or there are 5
hosts down and 6 service outages etc.

Has anyone done this already?
