check http

HI there , 
 
 I am new to Nagios , trying to use check http command with argument. I can
execute it from command like this: 
 
./ check_http -H [hot ip address] -u /bla/bla.html
 
 
but cannot find the right syntax to put it in services,cfg  at check
command. Any advise for newbie ???
