Alert From email address.

This isn't a Nagios issue as much as it's an MTA issue.  You
basically need to tweak your MTA (eg, Sendmail, Postfix,
whatever it is that you're using).

If this sounds like a huge pile of grief, you might want to
read this FAQ.  Don't let the description send you off in a
ditch; you basically want your MTA to do this address
massaging for you.
