windows status information

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me with the following question:

With nagios, is it possible to get host status information like processor
load and memory usage for windows machines? I know you can do this with
linux/ unix hosts but I can't seem to find if this is possible for windows
boxes. Where can I get information about this?
