statusmap and trends

[Potter, G M (Greg)]

I originally tried setting (and exporting) LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the Apache script that starts the web server, but the error persisted.  I am not an Apache expert but I think that the SetENV parameter is a requirement if your shared libraries are not in the standard location.
