using check_nt to graph disk/cpu usage

Same here, MRTG works like a charm for this! This is probably the
easiest solution. You might want to try something more flashy like
Cacti (http://www.raxnet.net/products/cacti/), but for me it was a
struggle to get it running (it's not that intuitive).
