Oracle monitoring

I use check_oracle with the --login option. This means you can run it from
your Nagios server (if you install the Oracle client on there). It will do a
dummy login so will verify that there is connectivity - doesn't matter where
the database actually resides.

There is also a tablespace checking option which I haven't used - your
feedback on that would be appreciated.
