How to Implement SMS Alert

Hi Bernie,

Please look to the FAQ´s F0065 or search for SMS. You have to install
yaps, described in the README-File of yaps, i´ve got some problems,
because the rights are insufficent on my RH73. Root may start yaps and
it´s sending fine, but "normal" user get "Unable to dial service
D1-0171" in /var/log/yaps.log. So i changed permissions as follows after
a long time searching:

chown root:uucp /dev/ttyS0
chgrp uucp /var/lock

User nagios belongs to uucp-group. After that, normal users may start
yaps and yaps ist dialing.

After succesfully dialing you can define some escalations or so on.
