NRPE on solaris

I just compiled and installed nrpe.. no problems there. Runs as daemon with
./nrpe -c /etc/nrpe.cfg --daemon

A couple things that might cause nrpe to bomb - user/group specified in
/etc/nrpe.cfg do not exist, or it is trying to bind to an address that
does not exist on your system.

I'd check the entry in /etc/services as well, although this might not be
needed when running as daemon.

Someone else's binaries will have different compiled-in defaults than you
want, so make sure you don't leave things to defaults in /etc/nrpe.cfg.

Basically I would suspect a config error in /etc/nrpe.cfg. Try turning
debugging on, and see if it spews any message to syslog before dying.

I can send you my own binaries (compiled on Solaris 2.8 on sun4u with gcc3.2)
but unless the program is actually crashing, it probably won't help.
