Flap detection.. and notification?

Hey all,

Is there a way to receive either A> a notification when a service is
suppressed for flapping, or B> A way to have the message generated by Nagios
regarding the fact that a service has been detected as flapping sent out?

At current, it looks like flap detection isn't notified anywhere but on the
website, which means if your service is flapping between OK/Non-OK, there's
a chance flap detection will be enabled as it flips into the non-ok state,
be suppressed, and you *not* be made aware anything is (still) wrong.

I wouldn't mind if flap detection only happened when transitioning *to* an
OK state (or to a subsequent non-ok state), because then, one would never
get a "recovery" email, and see that the service never really did recover..
