Monitoring LaserJet 4050 with JetDirect 610N?

I haven't dealt with the 610N but have used it with the 615N.

Attached is a work in progress that uses the standard Print-MIB in 
addition to the login of check_hpjd.

Todo is support for the HOST-Resources mib printer alerts which seems to 
be relatively well support across the HP JetDirects...
