RES: ./var/rw/nagios.cmd permissions

To solve definitely the problem, try this link...

http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/commandfile.html

If you just "chmod" the way shown below, the next time you restart Nagios,
the problem will be back.

try chmod -R 777 /var/rw

don't forget to erase the nagios.cmd before start nagios again
