Availability Report

When I click the "Availability" link to the left and generate one for hosts
for the last 7 days, I get 100% on all servers "% time undetermined"..
meaning it doesn't seem to track this data. If I click to do it for "this
year", it never generates anything but just sits at that form. Any thoughts
on what would cause this function in nagios to not work? Something I need to
turn on or so forth?
