Nagios with multiple Instanz om the same Server

For v1.x, the cgi's have the config file locations defined at compile 
time.  so copying the cgis for a second instance will not work - need to 
recompile and provide new compile time path info.

for v2.x, include's Russell's patch for cgi independence.
