hi

it depends on what you want to check
if you only want to check if the database service is running you could use the
check_nt plugin, or the similar deamon check-plugin for linux/unix systems.

for ms-sql you could check alls windows perfomancecounter using the check_nt 
plugin.

for oracle you must use the snmp-mib from oracle.
