Report - I'd like

Hi all,
I'd like to have a report that tell me, for all my host, the history status for the same service.
Something like:
                                            Service: CPU Load

             |       OK         |   WARNING     |   CRITICAL    |   UNDEFINED    |
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Host A  |        75%        |       12%         |      11%        |          2%           |
Host B  |        78%        |         9%         |      12%        |          1%           |
Host C  |        72%        |       15%         |      13%        |          0%           |

Is it possible? Have I write this?
