Service alerts for a host that is down

	Do you really need this?  If you send out an alert for host isn't that
enough?  Cause if the host is down all services on it are down as well.

	Of course you can always edit the source code and change it.  There's
no other way to do it, at least that I know of.  If I'm wrong, someone
please correct me.
