	You need to set a username and password in this file: 
/usr/local/nagios/etc/htpasswd.users (providing that's where the RPM 
installed things). You can find more documentation on setting up 
authorization here:  http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/cgiauth.html.
