APAN (Bandwidth Mapping)

If you have followed the examples when you created the RRD-file then you
should have two RRA's; One that stores minute-averages in 35 days
(RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:1:50400) and one that stores hour-averages in 5
years (RRA:AVERAGE:0.5:60:43800)
