Nagios support / looking for Swedish Nagios-consultants

Hi,

I'm representing a small games studio based in Stockholm that uses Nagios to
monitor our MMORPG game sites.

Currently, we have problems with Nagios, mainly two issues:
- Large fractions of the uptime is being reported as "undetermined" although
no breakdowns has occured.
- We have problems with letting Nagios send SMS's on events.
