IE and 3D Status Map under SSL

Actually, that's not true.   Netscape runs the same plug-in under SSL
just fine.  The problem is something internally with MSIE and SSL when
downloading files.  It has to do with the "no cache" setting sent by the
CGI's.  Aparantly this bug has been known by Microsoft for some time now
and have yet to fix it.  Big surprise.
