nsclient connection refused after restart

Hi,

maybe you should try to autostart "nsclient" with an alternative NT user. I.e. not as by default installation "Local System Account",
might be some AD policy issue. 
(Have not seen this problem my self though)

However, it's just my $0.1 guess.
