[Nagios] Grouping service's

Setup hostgroups that include your hosts, then in your service 
definition use

hostgroup_name	<name of hostgroup1>,<name of hostgroup2>

instead of host_name.

If you have just a few hosts, you can also use

host_name	host1,host2,host3
