change in date/time format in nagios logs

Hi can anybody teel me how can I change the format of
the dat/time output in nagios logs.Here is an example
of my nagios.log

[1032912585] Nagios 1.0b5 starting

[1032912585] HOST
NOTIFICATION:nagios;server1;DOWN;host
    .
