Upgrading to 1.0b6

Hi,

while having the idea of upgrading to 1.0b6, I have one question:
Is it possible to use my old configuration file for the new version?
At the moment I use 1.0b4.
Also, is it possible to use the .css files contained with 1.0b4 which
I changed a bit to suit my needs?
