nagios..... timeperiod.... limit the maximum of mails/service(host)

Hi there,
maybe I am stupid or I can not see it. :->

I want to limit nagios to send an maximum of e.g 5 Mails for each
brocken service or host. I could not find the solutions somewhere.

Does it have something to do with timeperiod or the escalation level.
