SMTP Failure

I have a qmail server with smtp-auth setup & am trying to monitor the service. 
The service is constantly at critical, even though the status information 
says "SMTP OK - 0 second response time". My config is pretty much the same as 
the sample configs, with not much changed.

Here's my services.cfg entry for that service:

Here's my status.log snip (may not wrap right):

Could the SMTP-Auth be causing the problem? Any ideas?
