Includes in the config files?

You can specify multiple config files in nagios.cfg with the cfg_file
directive. Use one or more for your hand-edited devices and another for
your auto-generated devices. i.e.

# Tennessee Schools
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-east.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-west.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-middle.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-lea-east.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-lea-middle.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/tnops-lea-west.cfg

# Tennessee Hubs/Cores
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/chattanooga.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/davidson.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/johnsoncity.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/memphis.cfg
cfg_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ena_config/knoxville.cfg

The Tennessee Schools config files are auto-generated nightly from a
database while the others are maintained by hand.
