maximum running time for NSclient on W2K

Hi,

I am planning to implement the NSclient for monitoring the CPU/MEM/DISK on W2K servers via nagios and would like to know how long can NSClient be kept running without restarting  the W2K server or pNSclient service ( I heard a lot memory problem regarding the NSclient before).  Any trick is welcomed.
