What does the avail-cgi numbers mean

When I look at the reports from the avail.cgi 
Host % Time Up %       Time Down %     Time Unreachable % Time Undetermined 
foo  96.754% (97.582%) 2.398% (2.418%) 0.000% (0.000%)    0.848%% (0.000%)
86.253% 
bar  0.849% (97.160%)  0.025% (2.840%) 0.000% (0.000%)    99.127% 

What does the numbers mean ? The only docs I could find was only a few lines
describing avail.cgi
