Images using wrong path?

I hate to reply to my own post, but has anyone seen this problem before
or have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've read all the docs I've come
across and haven't found any mention of it. I've also never had this
problem with netsaint. Everything from my netsaint install has been
converted and nagios is running, except for displaying images called
from a CGI. Any ideas or help at all would be greatly appreciated. I can
post any configs anyone might want to see.
