Hi Theo,

If you go to the CVS link on the Nagios website, you will find the new
version of the statuswrl.c source code. It is located in the
the cgi directory link on that page. You will need to compile in order
for it to work. Once that is done, the problem with the host
names should be a thing of the past.

Hi,

Has anyone looked into this statuswrl.cgi dot-related problem? It would
be nice to have that fixed, especially since almost all my hostnames
have dots in them :-) Maybe it's fixed already but I wouldn't know where
to get a new release of this cgi module.

Cheers,

Theo Hollenberg

fixed it. the problem was that there were periods in the hostnames.
changed them to underscores and it all works fine now.

used lynx to save the vrml file to source (since IE wont) and opened it
in vi. easy as pie from there

cheers.

Check your cgi.cfg & hostextinfo.cfg for errors..
