host Non-OK, does it get pounded?

 From what I know, the host will only get hit again is you have 
use_aggressive_host_checks turned on in nagios.cfg.  Otherwise, the host 
checks will not occur again (neither will the service check retries).  A 
host will come back "UP" when any of its services return to an OK state.
