Critical Status not clearing in web interface

actually, i think the issue is due to the 10 second timeout... the circuit
right now to this location is maxed out, and actually takes about 40
seconds to complete the check_ifstatus if done manually. but... the host
check should still negate the fact that the plugin timed out right?
