Uhm... strange notification sent..

I am not wuite sure what i have done, if i have done something... But anyways, the e-mail notifications beeing sent look like this:

Subject: ** PROBLEM alert - Bekk/ is  **
Message:

***** Nagios *****

Notification Type: PROBLEM

Service: 
Host: Bekk
Address: 193.161.83.2
State: 

Date/Time: Thu Oct 17 20:25:33 CEST 2002

Additional Info:

CRITICAL - Plugin timed out after 6 seconds



The status info and check name should be there right ? And also state info.. 
Anyone got a clue as to what i can do ?
