You should recreate aclocal.m4 with aclocal and run automake again

All you typically need to do is cd ~/nagiosplug (or wherever your CVS
module is written) and type 'aclocal', just like the message says.

As far as I can figure, aclocal should not have been part of the CVS
tree, and was removed (yesterday).

Let us know if that doesn't work.
