notify-no-notifications

Hi,

There was a utility available with NetSaint, 
notify-no-notifications-0.3.pl, which one could run as a reminder as to 
whether notifications had been disabled for hosts or services.

Does anyone know of an equivalent for Nagios, or of an alternative 
method of getting this infomation easily ?
